Jesus was the “propitiational” sacrifice for our sins but why???
The Father so loved us before the foundations of the world that He gave Himself (His Son) to bring us back into relationship as sons of God!
His INTENT IS EVERYTHING! You have to read these Scriptures after.

Here are a couple of points:
1. His intent is everything – the intent behind things is everything. God’s intent from the beginning was to rescue us as His children to be with Him again. He lost us when we sinned (Isaiah 53:6, 59:2) but wanted us back into His love.
2. It was for relationship– He was the Father of Adam who happened to be the almighty God. We always consider Him to be God mostly & not Father. He loves us as a Father…
Think of John 3:16 like this, “Our Heavenly Father so loved us that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever would believe would receive eternal life (sonship)
3. The love of God (our Heavenly Father) was supposed to be one of the first things we encountered.
The problem is our Gospel is presented a lot in a transactional way. Sinners who need to repent to go to heaven…that’s still true but we are beloved lost sons who our Heavenly Father had already planned for our rescue mission before the foundation of the world – Revelation 13:8
Our Heavenly Father (Luke 15:11-32) came running to us with royal robes before the foundations of the world to heal us even from sins casualties, and pain of this world, & bring us BACK INTO HIS INHERITANCE OF LOVE. Wow! His love is so amazing
4. We must mix faith with His love – we need to see this Grace mixed with love so we can enter into real faith. Will you allow His love to wash the tears & years of this life so love can be your foundation?
5. He ordains you before you do anything! That’s why there is a party when you get saved!!! Luke 15:7
Heaven has been waiting for this moment. God has been talking about you & the day is finally here! He’s been waiting like the prodigal son to bring you back in His love. You are just a son who has gone astray which He’s been waiting for in loving anticipation! Now you’re here!

6. The Secret of Faith is believing His love through Christ’s substitution.
If He was willing to rescue us by sacrificing His Son it means He loves us like crazy & will do anything for us – Romans 8:32
This is the love Christ knew. Once you know this love, there is no worries! He will do it all.

When you get saved He’s doing the same thing. He mantles you with sonship. He’s been waiting to receive you & give you the Kingdom 😭😭😭. His love is awesome
